Production
TVP continually purchases new equipment to provide the highest quality production values. Our crews gather footage not only at WVU and in West Virginia, but have traveled internationally for field acquisition. If we can get there, we will record there.
When not in the field, our videographers are in our 1,849 square-foot-studio producing shows such as Mountaineer Magazine and Mountaineer Jammin. We are also proud to be the home of the WVU Perley Isaac Reed School of Journalism’s statewide newscast. TVP can host live satellite television interviews for cable networks such as ESPN, C-SPAN, and the Discovery Channel. We also use these facilities to record interviews for instructional videos, special projects, and documentaries.
Our control room enables us to produce high-quality live productions with rich graphic support. Our 24-channel audio console can meet the needs of almost any live production.
