Information Stations Frequently Asked Questions

Q. What is acceptable content to display on the Information Stations?

WVU related items

Q. What is the Information Stations Emergency protocol?

In the event of an emergency, WVU Department of Public Safety sends a text message from the e2Campus system which in turn triggers an alert page on all Information Stations across campus. This alert message will take precedence over all pages and will include an audible alert that relates to the emergency. It is required that all Information Station screens have the volume turned up in order for this alert to be heard.

  1. WVU calendar pages which pull from Web Services University calendars.
